just sunday I was lamenting missing the Pogues last time they were around.

after several attempts to make a round top to the hat and failing, I opted to go with a flat seam. I think it looks cute and I like how it makes ears. I made some really nice tassels, but I don't like them as much as I like the fringe.

I kind of like it. but I'm wondering how dorky it is.

so, what do you think? cute? lame? bigger tassels? no tassels? ears a bad idea? frog it?
